Transguard Group, a subsidiary of Emirates Group, has deployed hundreds of biometric devices from Invixium to enhance workforce tracking across its operations, including at Expo City in Dubai.
The company, which manages over 65,000 contract workers, has implemented more than 400 units of Invixium’s IXM TITAN to improve time and attendance accuracy. The rugged biometric solution is designed to enrol workers, verify identities, and monitor working hours in real time.
The TITAN devices are integrated with Invixium’s workforce management software, IXM WEB, providing a streamlined system for personnel registration, analytics, and audit trails. Transguard Group says the move is part of its digital transformation efforts to modernise administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
Tim Mundell, Chief Security Officer at Transguard Group, said the deployment has been instrumental in eliminating time theft and ensuring accurate tracking.
“Invixium worked closely with our team to implement an automated workforce management solution that enhances efficiency and sustainability while providing extreme accuracy in tracking employee hours,” he said.
TITAN’s adoption follows proof of performance testing, which demonstrated the technology’s reliability in demanding environments such as construction sites. Its high-speed recognition and ability to operate in extreme conditions were key factors in Transguard Group’s decision to implement the system.
In addition to workforce tracking, the company also uses TITAN for meal management and other general deployments. The biometric devices, installed at key entry points, ensure accurate attendance monitoring during shift changes. Equipped with cellular connectivity, TITAN guarantees uninterrupted operations and 100% uptime.
Shiraz Kapadia, CEO and President of Invixium, described the collaboration as a significant milestone for both companies.
“We are honoured to be a strategic partner for Transguard Group,” he said. “The scale of this industrial project has allowed us to deliver substantial savings in time and costs while improving operational efficiencies.”
Transguard Group’s investment in biometric workforce management is expected to provide long-term benefits, streamlining manpower allocation and reducing administrative overheads.
Invixium, a global leader in biometric access control and workforce solutions, continues to expand its reach in industrial and enterprise applications. The company’s technology is designed to enhance security, improve efficiency, and support digital transformation initiatives for organisations worldwide.
