Information Services Group (ISG), a global technology research and advisory firm, has announced the winners of its 2024 Women in Digital Awards for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. The virtual ceremony, held on 12 September, celebrated women’s achievements in the digital sector, with industry leaders from companies such as LTIMindtree, Foundever, Daimler Truck AG, and NatWest among the gold winners.

The awards, now in their second year for the EMEA region, aim to highlight the contributions of women in driving innovation and leadership in the digital space. Judged by a panel of industry experts, the awards recognise excellence in categories such as Rising Star, Women’s Advocate, Digital Innovator, and Rock Star Leader.
Award Winners:
The Rising Star category, which honours women demonstrating exceptional growth in leadership and impact, was awarded to Caitlin Kearney, senior user experience consultant at LTIMindtree. Georgia Shaw from Atos and Elisa de Leeuw from Shell took silver and bronze respectively.
The Women’s Advocate award, recognising efforts in mentoring and guiding women in the digital world, went to Benedita Miranda, general manager of the multilingual region at Foundever. Cynthia Fortlage of CAF Services earned silver, and Carolin Schaefer of PowerCo SE received bronze.
In the Digital Innovator category, which celebrates creativity in digital solutions, the gold went to Eryn Peters, principal of Startup Consortium. Aparna Kasbekar of LTIMindtree and Sin Yee How of Shell were the silver and bronze winners.
Rock Star Leader, a category for those leading significant transformations with business impact, saw Andrea Seidel of Daimler Truck AG win gold. Laura Duffey of Shell and Lakshmi Varada of Zooplus SE followed in the silver and bronze positions.
The top honour of the evening, Digital Titan of the Year, was awarded to Wendy Redshaw, chief digital information officer at NatWest, for her outstanding contribution to the digital industry.
Global Recognition:
The ISG Women in Digital Awards, launched in the Americas in 2022, now spans the globe, including Asia-Pacific and India. With 458 finalists globally, the programme aims to promote gender parity in the digital sector. The Asia-Pacific awards will be presented on 19 September, and the Americas awards were announced on 5 September.
