Antavo, a leading AI-powered loyalty platform, has announced the launch of Timi AI, an innovative AI agent designed to revolutionise the development of loyalty programmes for brands across various sectors, including retail and hospitality. Timi AI is set to accelerate the implementation of loyalty programmes by a remarkable tenfold.
The AI agent is modelled after Antavo’s senior business analyst, Timi Garai, and leverages her decades of expertise in loyalty programme management. Timi AI is capable of engaging clients through real-time, on-demand video chat, making the interaction feel similar to conversing with a knowledgeable colleague.
This new feature is part of Antavo’s recently unveiled Loyalty Planner, which addresses a significant issue within the industry— the inconsistent implementation of loyalty programmes that often leads to costly delays and stifles creativity. By streamlining and centralising the process, the Loyalty Planner aims to significantly reduce project timelines, enabling brands to swiftly plan and execute loyalty programmes.
Attila Kecsmar, co-founder and CEO of Antavo, expressed enthusiasm about the launch, stating, “Customers and colleagues frequently praise the real Timi for her talent and expertise. When we decided to introduce an AI agent as part of the Antavo Loyalty Planner, we realised that she would be the ideal template for our creation.”
Kecsmar highlighted that Timi AI not only embodies the characteristics of a reliable colleague but also encapsulates the extensive knowledge of the entire Antavo team. This makes it an invaluable resource for customers, offering instant access to expertise and support.
The Loyalty Planner aims to establish a collaborative framework for brands, agencies, system integrators, and technology providers to create innovative loyalty programmes. Timi AI is exclusively developed using data from Antavo’s comprehensive knowledge and methodologies, with contributions from the entire company helping to train the AI.
“This innovation marks a significant advancement at the intersection of AI and customer loyalty,” Kecsmar added. “Historically, the loyalty industry has struggled with consistency, which has limited creativity and innovation in programme development. With research indicating that 70% of businesses are comfortable using AI-driven agents, Timi AI and the Planner are poised to enhance productivity for loyalty teams and usher in a new era of AI-driven solutions for loyalty scheme owners.”
Timi Garai, the inspiration behind Timi AI, noted, “For AI to be effective, it must offer genuine utility. By basing the AI on my persona and expertise, we’ve created a tool that delivers real value to our clients and their users. Seeing Timi AI for the first time felt like looking in a mirror, and I’m excited to witness its development as it learns from our clients’ evolving needs.”
Antavo currently manages loyalty programmes for prominent brands such as KFC, Benefit Cosmetics, and Flying Tiger Copenhagen. In anticipation of increased demand for the Loyalty Planner and Timi AI, the company is actively seeking AI-native software engineers and product owners to expand its team.
